Customer Service Woes
DTE (the energy company) hung up on me today. Seriously!? After I spent 10 minutes in your annoying phone menus you’re just going to hang up on me? No wonder people are crabby when they finally get to talk to a CSR. Sigh. I hate the hassle of moving.Text posted at 14:40
